All Rareform products are produced as limited edition collectible items. Quantities are restricted and may not be restocked.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are sold as collectibles, not mass-produced goods

  • Variations in paint, finish, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes

  • These variations do not constitute defects

3. FINAL SALE POLICY

All orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a limited collectible item

  • All sales are final

Exceptions are only made in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

4. PREORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

Certain products may be offered as preorder items.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is not yet manufactured or shipped

  • Production timelines are estimates and may change

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including branding, product designs, images, and text, is the property of Rareform and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. FRAUD & CHARGEBACKS

We actively monitor orders for fraud.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for a valid purchase that complies with these Terms.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account blacklisting

  • Submission of evidence to payment providers

  • Further action where applicable
