RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At RAREFORM, each piece is produced in limited quantities as part of a collectible release. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all orders are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size expectations

Delayed delivery caused by carriers
All sales are final once an order is placed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of every Rareform collectible.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email used for your purchase.
To be eligible for review:

You must include clear photos of the product and packaging

The item must be unused and in original condition

Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
LIMITED EDITION POLICY
All Rareform releases are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked. Because of this, we cannot guarantee replacements for every item.
If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is correct at checkout.
Rareform is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses

Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
We recommend using a secure delivery location.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final.
Filing a chargeback for a legitimate order that complies with this policy may be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to:
