Thank you for shopping with RAREFORM. Each item is produced with attention to detail and released in limited quantities. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

ORDER TYPES

RAREFORM offers two types of orders:

  1. Preorder Items (made-to-order limited releases)

  2. In-Stock Items (ready to ship)

PREORDER SHIPPING

Preorder items are produced after the order is placed.

Estimated production and shipping timeline:

  • Production Time: 4–8 weeks

  • Processing & Fulfillment: 3–7 business days after production

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Total estimated delivery time:
👉 5–10 weeks from purchase date

Please note:

  • These timelines are estimates and not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing, quality control, or shipping carriers

  • Orders will ship once production is complete

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

IN-STOCK (PRE-MADE) SHIPPING

For items that are already produced and in stock:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Total estimated delivery time:
👉 4–10 business days

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We may offer flat-rate or promotional shipping at our discretion.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Rareform is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and that your delivery location is secure.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the limited nature of our products:

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed

  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified after processing begins

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be:

  • Shipped together once all items are ready
    OR

  • Shipped separately at our discretion

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional fees required by their country
